A Useful Twitter

Okay, so do you really want to know what someone is doing at any given moment in their day?  Really???  Well just in case you don’t, there is one way to use Twitter usefully.  Twitter can give you notifications for traffic reports, power outages, weather watch, and more.  Below is a list that I’m going to start updating.

United States

• Severe Weather Alert System (find a list of local twitter accounts for severe weather warnings and observations)
• @amber_alert (AMBER Alerts for missing children)

New Mexico

• @NMFireInfo (Updates on fires in the New Mexico forests)
• @pnmtalk (Updates of major power outages,Energy tips and information on customer programs and Key company and industry news)

Albuquerque
